General Guidelines
- It is advised to book your appointment to ensure that you have a time and date.
- It would help if you arrived 5 minutes early or on time for your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and the deposit fee will not be refunded.
- Please do not attend the clinic if you have any flu-like symptoms, and call us/or message us for advice.
- You must be 18 years or above to receive treatment and will require proof of ID.
- It is your responsibility to read the communications sent to you and to act on them, if need be.
- Dr Alya will discuss the suitability of the treatment sought by the client. If Dr Alya thinks the client is unsuitable for the treatment, she will kindly inform and refuse the person.
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Promotional leaflets can only be used by first-time customers. It is not recurrent, or compounding and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Consultation and Treatment Guidelines
- You will undergo a consultation, consent form signing, treatment, treatment aftercare and advice, follow-up appointment, and support within reasonable measure.
- Provision of personal information, including, but not limited to, Name, Surname, Address, Telephone number, Email, Past Medical History, Social History and Current Medications, is a must for a consultation to take place. Please read the Privacy Policy regarding our website as it also applies to our Clinic (Linora Aesthetic).
- All consultations are £50 with a cool-off period of 3 days (unless discussed otherwise). A booking appointment will be made on the day of the consultation. Full treatment cost will be taken as confirmation of the treatment date, and if you do not wish to proceed with the treatment, the appointment will have to be cancelled at least 48 hours before the treatment date, and failure to inform us about your cancellation will be considered a no-show, and full payment will be retained.
- If a payment plan has been set up, a set fee for confirmation of treatment will decided during the consultation. It will be considered a deposit, and a cool-off period of 3 days will be offered. If you do not wish to proceed with the treatment, the appointment will have to be cancelled at least 48 hours before the treatment date and failure to inform us about your cancellation will be considered a no-show. Therefore, full payment will be retained
- Linora Aesthetic does not offer Video consultation as it is not advised, and the clients are not assessed adequately to establish a treatment plan.
- You will receive a post-treatment follow-up appointment, time varies according to the treatment.
- You will have before and after photos as part of your medical records.
- Permission will be asked whether you consent to share your media and details on Linora Aesthetic online platforms. Once agreed, both parties must honour their end of the agreement.
Payments and Refunds
- Treatment costs will be discussed during the consultation phase.
- 1st payment (deposit fee) is made upon confirmation of the treatment date (Full treatment cost/ as discussed if a payment plan is in place) via card payment/ Bank transfer. Once payment is made, you will be able to reschedule your appointment once only.
- A receipt will include the treatment type and price paid.
- Linora Aesthetics prides itself in its experience, excellent services and professionalism, and despite this, results cannot be guaranteed. In such instances, we cannot offer refunds for products or treatments that fail to meet your expectations.
Cancellation and Reschedule
- It is possible to re-schedule, as long as we are informed in due time (48 hours before the treatment date) and another appointment is booked.
- The deposit fee will be retained if you fail to inform us of your cancellation.
- It may be possible that Dr Alya may run late due to hospital-related delays or unexpected events. Please rest assured that you will be informed in due time (1 hour); and if more, you will be offered a complimentary discount for rescheduling.
Feedback and social media
- It is important to give feedback on the services provided by Linora Aesthetics as they will help the clinic evolve. There are multiple platforms on which you can leave a review (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
- It would be much appreciated if you follow and like Linora Aesthetics on social platforms after your treatments.
Complaints
- Linora Aesthetics is here to provide you with the best treatment. If you are concerned with the treatment or advice obtained from Linora Aesthetics, you can reach us via email, Instagram or Facebook. If you would like to make a complaint, you must do so in writing via the website contact us form. We will acknowledge your complaint within 28 days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks.
