Terms & Conditions

Last Updated:  27/07/2026

These terms explain how consultations, appointments, treatments, payments and treatment courses are managed at Linora Aesthetics.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment, course or product from Linora Aesthetics, you agree to the terms that apply to that booking or purchase.

Contact us

 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. About Linora Aesthetics

Linora Aesthetics is a doctor-led aesthetic and regenerative medicine clinic based at:

The Old Pumping Station
Great Northern Terrace
Lincoln
LN5 8HN

Telephone: 07415 074221
Email: info@linoraaesthetics.co.uk

2. Patient Information

To book and receive treatment, patients are required to provide:

  • their full name and date of birth;
  • telephone number, email and address;
  • medical history and current medication;
  • details of allergies, previous treatments and relevant health conditions;
  • emergency contact information where appropriate.

Information must be complete and accurate. Please tell us promptly if your health, medication, pregnancy status or medical history changes.

Patient information is treated confidentially and managed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

3. Age Requirements

Linora Aesthetics does not provide elective aesthetic treatment to anyone under the age of 18.

Photographic identification may be requested where age is uncertain. Children should not attend appointments unless this has been agreed in advance. They cannot remain unsupervised or accompany patients into treatment rooms where doing so may affect privacy or safe treatment.

4. Consultations

A consultation is an assessment appointment and does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or provided.

During your consultation, we discuss:

  • your concerns and treatment goals;
  • medical history and treatment suitability;
  • realistic outcomes and limitations;
  • appropriate treatment and skincare options;
  • risks, recovery and alternatives;
  • expected costs and maintenance.

A6 skin analysis, scalp assessment or clinical photography may be completed where relevant.

Consultation fee

The consultation fee is £75.

The consultation fee is: REDEEMABLE

Once a consultation has taken place, the consultation fee is non-refundable because the professional assessment and advice have already been provided.

5. Treatment Decisions and Reflection

Linora Aesthetics is consultation-led. Treatment is not assumed simply because an appointment has been booked or a particular treatment has been requested.

You will be given clear information and an opportunity to consider your options. Same-day treatment is  considered where the treating clinician is satisfied that:

  • you are medically suitable;
  • you understand the proposed treatment, alternatives, risks and limitations;
  • your decision is voluntary;
  • you have realistic expectations;
  • you do not require additional time to reflect.

A separate treatment appointment may be recommended where the plan is more complex, further assessment is required, or the clinician believes that additional reflection would be appropriate.

Linora may postpone, modify or decline treatment where it is not considered suitable or in your best interests.  Treatment may also be declined where medical information is incomplete or inaccurate, consent is uncertain, expectations are unrealistic, the patient appears impaired, or behaviour towards the clinic team is inappropriate.

6. Booking an Appointment

Appointments are available by booking only. An appointment is not secured until any required consultation fee has been paid.

Your booking confirmation will state:

  • the appointment date and time;
  • the service booked;
  • the amount paid;
  • any remaining balance;
  • preparation instructions where relevant.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

7. Booking fee/ Deposit Fee

A booking fee/ Deposit fee will be required to reserve clinical time.

The booking fee will normally be:

  • applied towards the cost of the booked treatment; or
  • used as payment for the consultation or service specified at booking.

The amount and how it will be applied will be explained before payment is taken.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

More than 48 hours’ notice

Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred once to another appointment taking place within 14 days.

Less than 48 hours’ notice

Where an appointment is cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be retained to reflect the clinical time reserved and losses caused by the cancellation. A new booking fee will be required before another appointment can be arranged.

Missed appointments

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a missed appointment. The booking fee will be retained, and payment will be required before another appointment is booked.

Repeated changes

Where an appointment has already been transferred once,  Linora Aesthetics may require full or increased advance payment from patients with repeated late cancellations, rescheduling or non-attendance and may decline future bookings where necessary.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly and individually.

9. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we may need to:

  • shorten the appointment where this can be done appropriately;
  • modify the planned treatment;
  • rearrange the appointment;
  • cancel the appointment where there is insufficient time to treat safely.

If the appointment cannot proceed due to significant lateness, the booking may be treated the same as a late cancellation.

10. Illness and Active Infection

Please do not attend if you are unwell or have:

  • fever or flu-like symptoms;
  • an active skin infection;
  • an active cold sore near the proposed treatment area;
  • another condition that may affect treatment suitability.

Contact the clinic before attending if you are uncertain.  Your appointment may be postponed where treatment is not clinically appropriate.

11. Treatment Pricing and Payment

You will be informed of the recommended treatment and cost before proceeding.

Payment is normally due in full:

  • when the treatment is booked; or
  • no later than the start day of treatment, as stated in your confirmation.

A 50% deposit will be taken when treatment is booked, with the balance due on the start day of treatment.

Prices displayed on the website are a guide. Your final cost may depend on the treatment area, treatment plan, product required and number of sessions.

Where your treatment plan changes, the revised cost will be explained and agreed before treatment.

We accept the following payment methods: POS Card, Payment Links, Online payments.

12. Treatment Courses and Prepaid Programmes

Treatment courses are offered where a planned series of appointments may provide better consistency or value.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • courses are personal to the named patient;
  • appointments remain subject to the cancellation policy;
  • missed sessions are deducted from the course;
  • course treatments cannot be exchanged without clinical approval;
  • treatment intervals may be adjusted according to response and suitability.

Purchasing a course does not guarantee a particular outcome.

13. Course Cancellations and Refunds

Linora Aesthetics aims to provide clear, honest advice, appropriate treatment and high standards of clinical care. However, individual responses vary, and results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided solely because the outcome does not meet a patient’s personal expectations where treatment has been delivered appropriately.

Prepaid treatment courses are offered at a reduced price on the basis that the patient completes the agreed course. Refunds will be provided where required by law, including where a service or product is faulty.

Where a patient is unable to continue their course, Linora Aesthetics may, at its discretion, allow the remaining value to be:

  • transferred towards another suitable Linora treatment; or
  • transferred to a nominated friend or family member.

Any alternative treatment or transfer remains subject to consultation, clinical suitability and approval by Linora Aesthetics.

Where it becomes medically inappropriate or unsafe for a patient to continue treatment, a refund may be considered. Medical evidence may be requested where reasonably required.

Any refund agreed will be calculated by deducting:

  • treatments already received at the full individual treatment price;
  • valid late-cancellation or non-attendance charges;
  • products ordered specifically for the patient; and
  • any reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred.

The remaining balance, where applicable, will then be refunded.

14. Treatment Outcomes

Aesthetic and regenerative treatments affect people differently. Results, recovery, longevity and the number of sessions required vary according to factors including:

  • anatomy and starting condition;
  • age and skin quality;
  • medical history;
  • lifestyle;
  • treatment selected;
  • healing and individual biological response;
  • adherence to aftercare and maintenance.

Results cannot be guaranteed. Fees are charged for the professional assessment, treatment, products or devices used, clinical documentation, aftercare and review arrangements where applicable, not for a guaranteed outcome. Dissatisfaction with an outcome does not create a right to a refund.

15. Reviews and Additional Treatment

Reviews are arranged where they form part of the treatment pathway. A review does not automatically include additional treatment or product.

Any adjustment will only be provided where:

  • it is clinically appropriate;
  • it falls within the relevant review period;
  • the original treatment has had sufficient time to take effect;
  • the clinician considers it safe and necessary.

Anti-wrinkle treatments are offered a 2-week courtesy review, and Dermal Filler treatments are offered a courtesy review within 1-2 weeks.

Additional treatment outside the planned review or treatment plan may incur a further charge.

16. Skincare and Retail Products

Skincare and other retail products should be used according to the instructions provided. Please contact the clinic if you experience an unexpected reaction. Prescription products, personalised products and products supplied specifically for an individual cannot normally be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. Opened skincare products cannot usually be accepted for return for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

17. Clinical Photography

Clinical photographs may be recommended to:

  • document your starting point;
  • assist treatment planning;
  • monitor progress;
  • support clinical decision-making.

Clinical photographs form part of the confidential patient record.

Consent for clinical photography does not give Linora permission to use images for social media, advertising or other public marketing. Marketing use requires separate, explicit consent and may be declined without affecting your treatment.

18. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to:

  • provide accurate medical information;
  • complete required forms;
  • follow preparation and aftercare advice;
  • attend planned reviews where recommended;
  • contact the clinic promptly if concerned;
  • avoid altering or treating the area elsewhere before Linora has assessed a possible complication.

Failure to follow advice may affect recovery or treatment outcomes.

Linora Aesthetics maintains a respectful environment for patients and staff. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted. Linora may end an appointment, decline treatment and refuse future bookings where necessary.

19. Clinic Cancellations

Linora may occasionally need to change or cancel an appointment because of clinician illness, emergency, equipment issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where Linora cancels an appointment, you will be offered:

  • an alternative appointment; or
  • a refund of any amount paid for the service that cannot be provided.

Linora is not responsible for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.

20. Promotions and Offers

Promotions:

  • are subject to their stated dates and conditions;
  • cannot normally be combined unless specifically stated;
  • have no cash value;
  • may be limited to particular treatments, clinicians or new patients;
  • remain subject to consultation and suitability.

A promotion does not create an entitlement to treatment where treatment is not clinically appropriate.

21. Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback and aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. Complaints should be sent to info@linoraaesthetics.co.uk with your name, appointment date and details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to respond within 20 working days. Clinical concerns following treatment should be raised with the clinic immediately rather than waiting for the complaints process. In a medical emergency, call 999.
